We offer both small group classes and one-on-one Strength & Balance sessions for all abilities and ages, which target your specific goals, with our exercise physiologists. Classes are completed on-site and all equipment is provided, just bring a towel and water bottle. No experience necessary, only an initial assessment prior to commencing classes to ensure suitability.
Mat Pilates classes involve exercises that focus on whole-body strength and stability by honing in on your key stabilising muscles.
