Our Running Clinic Is Now Open!

Postural Training

Our running clinic is now in full swing over December and January! It’s ready to help you get your running to the next level - whether it’s your first 2km, 10km or marathon.

This means we help you:

  • Stay injury-free and pain-free while you run
  • Learn to improve your running technique
  • Set running goals and learn how to achieve them
  • Get advice on the right stretching/strengthening for you
  • Get advice on running and training equipment 

 

Note: This is not to diagnose and treat injuries. This is to teach and help everyday runners get the most out of every run. If you have an injury please book in an appointment with one of our practitioners first. 

When: The clinic will be open during weekday hours and some weekends, please contact us for the next available session times.

Where: Optimise Health Clinic, 14 Ipswich Street, Toowoomba

What & Who: 30-40 min appointments with our running clinic team, led by physio & podiatrist, Pieter Van Der Kooij and our team. 

Please bring: Your running shoes and running clothes
