We offer both small group classes and one-on-one Mat Pilates sessions for all abilities and ages, which target your specific goals, with our exercise physiologists. Classes are 60-minutes and have a 5-person maximum. They are completed on-site and all equipment is provided, just bring a towel and water bottle. No experience necessary, only an initial assessment prior to commencing classes to ensure suitability.
Mat Pilates classes are an excellent way of safely and effectively improving muscle and joint weakness while providing whole body strength and control.
